Hey Goddess! I can't wait to dance with you! MOVEMENT is one of the best ways to increase your energy and feel good! What could be better than to MOVE TOGETHER! We'll do a thorough warm up and then begin our African Dance Journey. Get ready to smile and laugh! Treat yourself to some AFRICAN JOY!
